
Cancellation Policy
Conference Cancellation Policy
All conference registration cancellations must be submitted to NH&RA in writing via fax (202-265-4435) and/or e-mail to Thom Amdur at tamdur@housingonline.com.
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations received no later than September 17, 2010.
- A $150 deduction will be taken for cancellations received September 18 to October 4, 2010.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations received beginning October 5, 2010.
Registration Substitution Policy
Substitutes are allowed and may be made through your e-confirmation record or by contacting Thom Amdur at tamdur@housingonline.com or 202-939-1753.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
In addition to the hotel’s cancellation policy and fees, NH&RA will implement the following cancellation policy:
- For room cancellations made no later than September 17, 2010, NH&RA will not assess any cancellation fees.
- For room cancellations made September 18 to October 4, 2010, NH&RA will assess a charge equivalent to a one-night room deposit, unless the room reservation is fully resold.
- For room cancellations received beginning October 5, 2010, NH&RA will charge for all nights reserved, unless the room reservation is fully resold.
