Secretary Greg Bialecki oversees the Commonwealth of Massachusetts business development, housing & community development, and consumer affairs & business regulations undersecretariats. As Governor Deval Patrick’s chief housing and economic development advisor and cabinet member, Secretary Bialecki has oversight of fourteen state agencies.
