Cancellation Policies

Conference Cancellation Policy

All cancellations of registrations must be in writing-faxes (202-265-4435) and/or email to tamdur@housingonline.com are acceptable. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations received no later than August 9, 2010. A $150 cancellation fee will be taken for cancellations received August 10 to September 9, 2010. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received beginning September 10, 2010.

Registration Substitution Policy

Substitutes are allowed and may be made through your e-confirmation record or by contacting Thom Amdur at tamdur@housingonline.com or 202-939-1753.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

In addition to the resort's cancellation policy and fees, NCAHMA will implement the following cancellation policy:

  • For room cancellations made prior to August 10, 2010 NCAHMA will not assess any cancellation fees.

  • For room cancellations made August 10 to September 9, 2010, NCAHMA will assess a charge equivalent to a one-night room deposit, unless the room reservation is fully resold.

  • For room cancellations received after September 9, 2010, NCAHMA will charge for all nights reserved, unless the room reservation is fully resold.
