Cancellation Policies
Conference Cancellation Policy All cancellations of registrations must be in writing-fax to 202.265.4435 or email to tamdur@housingonline.com. A full refund will be issued for cancellations received no later than January 9, 2009. There will be a $150 deduction for cancellations received January 10 to February 9, 2009. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received beginning February 10, 2009 .
Registration Substitution Policy: There is no charge for making a registration substitute. Substitutions may be made through the online registration system or by contacting Thom Amdur at tamdur@housingonline.com.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: In addition to the Ocean Reef Club's cancellation policy and fees, NH&RA will implement the following cancellation policy:
* For room cancellations made prior to January 10, 2009 , NH&RA will not assess any cancellation fees.
* For room cancellations made January 10 to February 9, 2009, NH&RA will assess a charge equivalent to a two-night room deposit, unless the room reservation is fully resold.
* For room cancellations received after February 9, 2009, NH&RA will charge for all nights reserved, unless the room reservation is fully resold.
