All events will be held at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach, One Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, FL 33139. The hotel is a beachfront property that combines historic rehabilitation with significant new construction. NH&RA has reserved a block of standard rooms starting at a rate of $309 per night. We have a limited number of upgraded rooms available including: Partial Ocean View Rooms at $359 per night and Oceanfront Rooms with Balcony at $449 per night.

Please note you must use the provided links and discount codes above to take advantage of our group rates online. You may also call the Ritz-Carlton South Beach at 1-800-241-3333. Be sure to tell the reservations clerk you are attending the NH&RA Annual Meeting. Attendees must also register for the conference with NH&RA within two weeks of making a hotel reservation or the reservation will be automatically canceled. Please be advised that the group rate is only applicable between March 9 to 14 and depends on availability.
***Please note that our room block at the Ritz-Carlton is SOLD OUT on Thursday & Friday nights. There may still be rooms available outside of our block. Hotel Cancellation Policy: In addition to the Ritz-Carlton South Beach's cancellation policy and fees, NH&RA will implement the following cancellation policy:
* For room cancellations made prior to January 16, 2010 , NH&RA will not assess any cancellation fees.
* For room cancellations made January 16 to February 12, 2010, NH&RA will assess a charge equivalent to a two-night room deposit, unless the room reservation is fully resold.
* For room cancellations received after February 3, 2010, NH&RA will charge for all nights reserved, unless the room reservation is fully resold.
