NH&RA Annual Meeting (2012) February 22-26, 2012
NH&RA's Annual Meeting is a three-day affordable housing event held each winter in a seasonal resort location. In 2012, we are returning to The Breakers Palm Beach Resort in Palm Beach, Florida, February 23-25.
In a challenging economic environment where financing sources are becoming increasingly scarce, the program focuses on capital formation with practical insight on where to secure debt, equity and soft financing.
The program will highlight a series of transaction-oriented discussions, with a mix of program updates, case-studies, roundtable discussions and valuable networking activities. The Annual Meeting will be preceded by an optional one-day Symposium on New Markets Tax Credits on February 22.

About the NH&RA Annual Meeting
NH&RA’s Annual Meeting is a four-day event held each March in a winter-friendly location. This gathering combines informational sessions and roundtables with networking opportunities, social gatherings and recreational activities. This year several NH&RA councils will be convening in conjunction with the event include our New Markets Tax Credit Council, Historic Preservation Development Council, Legislative Leadership Committee, Council for Energy Friendly Affordable Housing and Board of Directors.
Typically our largest event of the year, this is a great opportunity to learn more about the association and how to get involved in our activities. Topics usually included on the program include sessions relating to HUD and tax credits; certified historic rehabilitation; public housing revitalization; green, sustainable, renewable energy and much more.
