Cancellation Policy

Conference Cancellation Policy

All cancellations of registrations must be in writing-faxes (202-265-4435) and/or email to tamdur@housingonline.com are acceptable. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations received no later than September 18, 2009. A $150 deduction will be taken for cancellations received September 19 to October 2, 2009. No refund will be issued for cancellations received beginning October 3, 2009 .

Registration Substitution Policy

Substitutes are allowed and may be made through your e-confirmation record or by contacting Thom Amdur at tamdur@housingonline.com or 202-939-1753.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

In addition to the resort's cancellation policy and fees, NH&RA will implement the following cancellation policy:

  • For room cancellations made prior to September 18, 2009 NH&RA will not assess any cancellation fees.

  • For room cancellations made September 19 to October 2, 2009, NH&RA will assess a charge equivalent to a one-night room deposit, unless the room reservation is fully resold.

  • For room cancellations received after October 2, 2009, NH&RA will charge for all nights reserved, unless the room reservation is fully resold.
