Conference Cancellation Policy
All cancellations of registrations must be in writing-faxes (202-265-4435) and email to tamdur@housingonline.com are acceptable. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations received no later than August 29, 2008. A $150 deduction will be taken for cancellations received August 30-September 19, 2008. No refund will be issued for cancellations received beginning September 20, 2008.
Registration Substitution Policy
Substitutes are allowed and may be made through your e-confirmation record or by contacting Thom Amdur at tamdur@housingonline.com or 202-939-1753.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
In addition to the resort's cancellation policy and fees, NH&RA will implement the following cancellation policy:
- For room cancellations made prior to August 29, 2008, NH&RA will not assess any cancellation fees.
- For room cancellations made August 30-September 19, 2008, NH&RA will assess a charge equivalent to a one-night room deposit, unless the room reservation is fully resold.
- For room cancellations received after September 20, NH&RA will charge for all nights reserved, unless the room reservation is fully resold.
