CEFAH operates as an independent council under the auspices of National Housing & Rehabilitation Association (NH&RA), a national trade group comprised of affordable housing developers and professionals. NH&RA was formed in 1971 and is a leading networking and advocacy organization for the affordable housing development community.
CEFAH Members to pay supplemental membership dues to participate in this council. We have an aggressive agenda which will require some legal and consulting work as well as concerted advocacy. We anticipate these efforts will generate substantial short and long term savings for your projects once implemented and are respectfully asking those who we believe will benefit the most for an upfront investment to help us get this process underway.

For the last month, Congress has considered an appropriations minibus, H.R. 2112, to incorporate Fiscal Year 2012 spending bills for the U.S. Departments of Agriculture, Commerce, Justice, Transportation, and Housing and Urban Development, and related programs.
