Cancellation & Substitution Policies
All cancellations of registrations must be in writing—faxes and email to tamdur@dworbell.com are acceptable. A full refund will be issued for cancellations received before August 1. A $75 fee will be deducted for cancellations received August 1, 2008 to August 22, 2008. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received beginning August 23, 2008.
Registration Substitution Policy:
Substitutes are allowed and can be made directly through the online registration system.
