Created to provide a peer network among real estate market analysts who focus part of their practice on affordable housing properties, the National Council of Affordable Housing Market Analysts (NCAHMA) is a membership organization devoted to education, information and resource sharing. The Council provides a forum for market analysts to interact with each other, state agencies (both directly and through the National Council of State Housing Agencies), the Affordable Housing Investors Council and other interested parties.
NCAHMA works to increase awareness of the benefits and value of properly conducted market analyses. Furthermore, NCAHMA affords the opportunity for market analysts to discuss current issues, network and gain invaluable information.
As an autonomous organization within National Housing & Rehabilitation Association (NH&RA), a trade association established in 1971 for affordable housing professionals, the membership dues structure is the same for both NCAHMA and NH&RA, extending full NH&RA member benefits to all NCHAMA members.
