Annual Multifamily Market Demand Summit September 22-23, 2008
On behalf of the National Council of Affordable Housing Market Analysts (NCAHMA), we would like to thank everyone who came out and joined us in Chicago for the recent 2008 Multifamily Market Study Demand Summit, September 22-23. The event was a huge success thanks to the high quality, open-forum sessions as well as engaging discussions from all participants.
The two-day event combined quality programming, expert faculty and open networking opportunities. Sessions focused on a myriad of topics including: legislative updates; investors' needs in market studies; data and mapping products; green development methods; the impact of the foreclosure crisis on the multifamily sector; and several regional market analyses.
