The National Council of Affordable Housing Market Analysts staff would like to extend a warm thanks to everyone who joined us in Washington, DC for our recent 2009 Public Policy and Market Study Forum: Affordable Housing in the Stimulated Economy. The event was one of our best thanks to the HUGE number of professionals who came to learn, network and share their expertise.
The two-day forum continued NCAHMA's tradition of combining top-rate programming, quality speakers and open networking activities. Sessions focused on topics related to new policy and market studies, including current debt and equity markets, states' implementation plans for ARRA housing provisions, root causes of troubled properties, varying capture rate methodologies, and much more!
NCAHMA has made available for download the PowerPoint slides presented during the 2009 Public Policy and Market Study Forum. To download the presentations, click here.
We also want to let you know about a few upcoming events that are at work right now. These include the NH&RA Spring Forum, May 11-12 at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza (Los Angeles, California) and Market Analysis 101, a market study training seminar June 9-10 at Mississippi Housing Corporation (Jackson, Mississippi). We will also be announcing dates and locations for the NH&RA Summer Institute and NCAHMA's 2009 Annual Meeting this Fall. For more information on NH&RA’s future events, click here.
