2008 NH&RA Fall Forum October 27-28, 2008
On behalf of the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association (NH&RA), we would like to thank everyone who joined us in Boston for the recent 2008 NH&RA Fall Developers Forum, October 27-28. The event was a huge success thanks to the high quality, open-forum sessions as well as engaging discussions from all participants.
In keeping with NH&RA tradition, the event combined quality programming, expert faculty, open-forum council discussions and social networking opportunities. Panel sessions highlighted various topics including: development/financing opportunities from HR 3221; green & sustainable development; equity financing issues in today's unstable markets; disposition & acquisition opportunities; and guidance on turning around bad assets.
