All events will be held at the Liaison Hotel, 415 New Jersey Ave. NW, Washington, DC 20001. The hotel is located just blocks from the U.S. Capitol making it ideally situated for NH&RA's policy-focused discussions. NH&RA has reserved a discounted block of rooms at $229 per night plus taxes.

Attendees must also register for the conference with NH&RA within two weeks of making a hotel reservation or the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: In addition to the Liaison Capital Hill Hotel's cancellation policy and fees, NH&RA will implement the following cancellation policy:
- For room cancellations made prior to March 20, 2010, NH&RA will not assess any cancellation fees.
- For room cancellations made March 20 through April 20, 2010, NH&RA will assess a charge equivalent to a two-night room deposit, unless the room reservation is fully resold.
- For room cancellations received after April 21, 2010, NH&RA will charge for all nights reserved, unless the room reservation is fully resold.
