Online conference registration is open. All registration fees are per person. Your Spring Policy Forum registration includes access to all conference sessions, Thursday Evening Reception and Wednesday Networking Lunch.

Developers Council Luncheon

NH&RA will be hosting our Developers Council Luncheon on Thursday, May 20 at 12:00 pm. To attend the Developers Council Luncheon you MUST be a developer. There is an additional $50 catering fee. Because space is limited you MUST RSVP and register in advance if you would like to participate.

Developers Council is a peer-to-peer network of developers that discusses topics of mutual interest, focusing on development, construction, business management, compensation, succession and other pertinent issues. Click here to learn more about the Developers Council.

Historic Preservation Development Council Update

Historic Preservation Development Council (HPDC) is a joint effort between NH&RA and the National Trust for Historic Preservation formed in 2001 to focus primarily on how the historic rehabilitation tax credit can be better utilized as a financing source to renovate older properties. HPDC will be hosting a policy update on Friday, May 21 at 8:00 am. There is no additional cost to attend this event; however, because space is limited, we do request that you register in advance. HOPE VI / Choice Neighborhoods Initiative Council Update

The HOPE VI / CNI Committee brings together the most active HOPE VI developers and advisers to help address ongoing issues with the capitalization and operation of HOPE VI and mixed-finance developments across the country. The HOPE VI / CNI Committee will be hosting a policy update on Thursdsay, May 21 at 9:00 am.
