  NH&RA's NMTC Council will be convening our15th Summer New Markets Tax Credit Symposium on July 25 at the Harbor View Hotel on Martha's Vineyard, Mass. This event is scheduled immediately prior to the NH&RA 2012 Summer Institute (July 26-28). NH&RA's NMTC Symposium program combines state-of-the-art case studies with open-ended discussion on the most pressing transactional, legislative and regulatory issues facing the New Markets Tax Credit development industry. • HUD "Partners in Housing" Multifamily Preservation Training, Denver

  Date: 05/22 - 05/24

  This training is designed for owners of properties with HUD mortgages and/or rental assistance. Senior level executive management company staff charged with asset management of HUD multifamily properties are also welcome. The training will focus on properties with HUD insured or Direct loans (including Section 236, Section 221(d)(3) and Section 202 properties) and/or project-based rental assistance (Section 8 and/or Rent Supplement or RAP assistance).
