For the 11th year in a row, the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association (NH&RA) invites housing professionals from across the country to join them in celebrating exceptional examples of historic rehabilitation. The “Timmys” look for a wide variety of nominees proposed by a wide variety of people interested in American architecture, design and development.
