California Developers Council

Created in 2019, the California Developers Council (TDC) provides a forum for California’s scale producers of affordable rental housing development community to share ideas, network, and discuss policy issues related to tax credit and affordable housing development specifically being considered by the Tax Credit Allocation Committee, the Debt Limit Allocation Committee, the California Housing Finance Agency, the Department of Housing & Community Development and the State Legislature.

Since its inception, CDC has been the sounding board for agency leaders to share ideas with the development community and receive feedback more efficiently. CDC’s mission is to provide a unified voice for the development community on the most critical state housing issues and effectively communicate concerns or input about state policies and legislation that directly impacts affordable housing development businesses.
