Diversity Equity & Inclusion Working Group

NH&RA is dedicated to taking intentional and ongoing action to ensure that all are welcome in our association community regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, gender identity, faith, ability, age or sexual orientation.  To fulfil this mission, NH&RA will pursue a series of intentional strategies and policies to: 

  • Facilitate more diverse participation in NH&RA across all association activities including, but not limited to, the association’s executive and board leadership, membership, events and  publications 
  • Promote public policies and practices that remedy injustices and promote foster the development of diverse, inclusive and equitable communities; and 
  • Assist NH&RA members in their internal efforts and initiatives to be diverse and inclusive employers.
