Ginosko and our principals or affiliates are the developers and owners of over 4,000 units of multifamily housing, most of which are affordable or mixed income. Our portfolio is location throughout Michigan, Illinois, Ohio and growing.

Position Summary:

The VP, Finance & Corporate Controller provides oversight to the finance and accounting team to direct financial activities and success of the Ginosko group of companies. The VP, Finance & Corporate Controller is responsible for managing the preparation and review of financial statements, financial and compliance reporting requirements, loan covenants, contingent liabilities, REO schedules, budgets and variances, cash forecasts, predevelopment costs tracking, draw requests, low income housing tax credits (LIHTC) and mortgagor’s cost certifications, vendor proposal and invoice tracking, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and file maintenance for the Ginosko group of companies. This position monitors variances, summarizes trends and investigates budget deficiencies. Acts as an overseer of the Company’s financial health taking ownership of the financial reporting process.

Primary Work Location: Novi, Michigan and sites throughout Michigan, Illinois, Ohio and more. Hybrid remote work and onsite work.
