Maryland Announces Spring Round Deadline

The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development has announced that 4/1/08 will be the application deadline for its Spring 2008 Competitive Funding Round, which will offer low-income housing tax credits. The spring round will be governed by the agency’s 2007 QAP and Multifamily Rental Financing Guide dated 10/19/06.
