Grant: The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs has released multiple notices of funding availability (NOFA) for programs operated under the 2010-11 Housing Trust Fund, including the Rural Housing Expansion Program and the Affordable Housing Match Program. Texas Issues NOFA for 2012 HOME Funds

Grant: The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs has announced the availability of up to $22,038,066 in funding from the HOME Investment partnerships Program for the development of affordable multifamily rental housing for low-income Texans. read more

Home Depot Community Impact Grants Program

Grant: Grants up to $5,000 are awarded by the Home Depot Foundation to registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations to assist with repairs, refurbishments, modifications, and weatherizing of low income and/or transitional veterans' housing or community facilities. read more
