Membership Categories	Category Description	Annual Dues
Full Members	Firms directly involved in development, construction, syndication, debt financing, ownership or management of real estate	$1750/firm
Associate Members	Firms that provide goods or services to firms eligible for Full Membership	$1250/firm
Public Member	Governmental bodies or community-based non-profit organizations involved with real estate development or finance	$450/firm
Board Member	Board membership is by invitation only	$2,200/person
