Enterprise Community Investment, an NH&RA member, celebrated its 2000th investment in a low income housing tax credit deal. The 2000th deal was an investment in the Cheryl Chow Court. The property, which contains 51 apartments affordable to formerly homeless and low-income seniors in the Seattle, WA, held its grand opening this week.
