City Real Estate Advisors, Inc. announced Executive Vice President of the Boston office, Tony Bertoldi, as a newly elected board of director’s member of Victory Programs. Victory Programs is a Boston-based non-profit organization dedicated to helping homeless individuals and families who may have substance use disorders, which are often accompanied by chronic health issues such as HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C and mental illness, regain health. Their mission is to provide a welcoming environment through a compassionate and inspiring team which serves to assist their clients and members regain health, thus restoring hope through immediate stable housing. Tony Bertoldi joined CREA in 2009 and opened the Boston office. Since joining CREA, Bertoldi has been responsible for syndication of all tax credit funds and investor relations activity helping CREA raise over $2.7 billion in tax credit equity since its inception. Bertoldi earned a bachelor of arts in economics and real estate from the University of Connecticut and holds a MBA in finance from Boston University. Additionally, Bertoldi received an MAI designation earlier in his career. Furthermore, Bertoldi frequently speaks at industry events and conferences where he addresses the state of the equity market, deal terms and investment fund structures.
