Susan Frank joined Cinnaire in March 2014 as Vice President, Business Development and was recently promoted to Senior Vice President, Business Development. In this role, she is responsible for directing and implementing the company’s growth strategy in the Mid-Atlantic region, including debt, equity and community development lending. In addition, she is part of company-wide initiatives to enhance the company’s marketing strategy and to expand the availability of lending products.
Prior to joining Cinnaire, Susan worked for 25 years in the affordable housing industry, including as Director in Fannie Mae’s Multifamily and Community Lending divisions, as Executive Director of the Delaware State Housing Authority, the state’s housing Finance Agency, and as a Legislative Advisor to then-Representative Tom Carper on housing and banking issues. Susan received her BA from the University of Delaware and serves on numerous local Boards and Committees, including the Fort DuPont Redevelopment and Preservation Corporation, the Wilmington Neighborhood Conservancy Land Bank, the Todmorden Foundation and the Healthier Neighborhoods Committee of the Delaware Center for Health Innovation.
