Conifer recently welcomed Brian Ivy as Property Finance Director. Prior to joining Conifer, Brian was a partner in the banking and financial services group at Phillips Lytle LLP where he specialized in representing lenders providing construction and permanent debt financing for projects utilizing low-income housing, new market and historic tax credits.
