Under Executive Order 13777, a directive to reduce unnecessary regulations, HUD is seeking public comment on how it can streamline existing regulations. The review is based on both regulatory burden and compliance costs. Comments are due to HUD by June 14. Over the next few weeks, NH&RA will host calls with several working groups to determine areas of opportunity amongst HUD’s regulations.
