HUD Reorganizes Senior Executive Services Members

Acting Deputy Secretary Janet Golrick announced the reassignment of several senior leaders effective immediately:

• Paula Lincoln becomes Deputy Chief Administrative Officer
• Jean Lin Pao will direct the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization
• Todd Richardson will serve as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy Development, and also becomes the Acting General Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Office of Policy Development and Research
• Dominique Blom will serve as the General Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Office of Public and Indian Housing
• Matt Ammon will serve as Director of the Office of Healthy Homes and Lead Hazard Control
• Helen Goff Foster becomes the Senior Agency Official for Privacy and the Chief FOIA Officer
• Nancy Corsiglia joins OCHCO as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Office of the Chief Management Officer
• Jon Gant will serve as senior advisor to the Office of Healthy Homes and Lead Hazard Control
• Jemine Byron will serve as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Office of Special Needs Assistance Programs
