Dominium is celebrating the completion of Villages of Gallatin, Chariot Pointe Apartments, and Waterview Apartments for a total of 529 rehabilitated affordable units in the state of Tennessee. Villages of Gallatin
The Villages of Gallatin, which offers apartments, townhomes and single-family homes within its two locations, just finished a substantial renovation. Common area renovations in both locations include an upgraded community clubhouse with large flat screen television; fitness center; management office; and swimming pool. In addition, both playgrounds were replaced; green space added for residents and pets to enjoy; along with new landscaping throughout the community.

Individual unit upgrades include new full-size washer and dryers; new upgraded kitchen cabinets, lighting, plumbing fixtures, bathroom hardware and electronic keyless locks, among others.

Chariot Pointe Apartments
Common area improvements to Chariot Pointe Apartments include upgrades to the community clubhouse with full kitchen and large flat screen television; fitness center with new cardio and weight machines; outdoor space for relaxing and entertaining; and a new pool and sundeck. The outdoor playground was completely replaced offering a spacious play area. New siding and landscaping were also added throughout the community, as well as green space for residents and pets to enjoy.

Individual unit upgrades include new full size washer and dryers; new upgraded kitchen cabinets, lighting, plumbing fixtures, bathroom hardware and electronic keyless locks. Chariot Pointe is a pet-friendly community with 24-hour access to a secure package room and garages to rent.

Waterview Apartments
Residents will enjoy the picturesque views of Old Hickory Lake and the Cumberland River, as well as all the new and improved amenities. Common area renovations include an upgraded community clubhouse with large flat screen television; fitness center; outdoor space including a resort-style swimming pool, sundeck, and new playground. New landscaping was added throughout the community along with green space for residents and pets including two Bark Parks.

Individual unit upgrades include new full size washer and dryers; new upgraded kitchen cabinets, lighting, plumbing fixtures, bathroom hardware and electronic keyless locks, among others.
