Cinnaire recently announced two new positions in the Lansing, MI, office and the Detroit, MI, office.

Nathan Dickinson recently joined Cinnaire as an Assistant Underwriter in the Lansing, MI office. In this role, Nathan will be responsible for analyzing real estate debt and equity investments and assessing the risks associated with these potential investments.

Nathan received his Bachelors of Business Administration from Central Michigan University in 2009, with a major in mathematics and finance. He has over 8 years experience in community banking, previously working as a Credit Analyst and a Business Banker. His experience includes underwriting commercial loans and working with commercial clients.

Liliana Gonzalez has joined Cinnaire in the company’s Detroit, MI office as a Senior Market Analyst. In this role, Liliana will engage with policy leaders, community based developers and city officials in the identification and implementation of emerging real estate development strategies that support mixed income neighborhoods to retain, expand and enhance housing and economic opportunities in a rapidly changing housing market.

Liliana joins Cinnaire through the Detroit Revitalization Fellowship, a program of Wayne State University designed to attract and retain top level talent for Detroit organizations whose work has a focus on improving Detroit. Cinnaire was selected as a host employer for the Fellowship program. Host employers must demonstrate that they place a high value on talent, see the possibilities in Detroit through both hyper-local and regional issues, encourage leadership development and understand disparities in the city and region and want to be a part of addressing them. Liliana is 1 of 19 fellows that were selected for the 2017-2019 cohort, from a national pool of over 350 applicants.

Liliana is a registered architect in the State of New York, with a Master in Architecture from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a Masters in Urban Design from the University of Michigan. She has nearly 8 years of professional experience in architecture and urban design, working on projects ranging from single family homes to neighborhood plans, higher education, historic preservation and mixed-use developments. Liliana spent a year in Barcelona, Spain, as a Fulbright Graduate conducting independent research on the gothic basilica Santa Maria del Mar.
