Bob Lefenfeld, Founding Principal of Real Property Research Group, has recently named Tad Scepaniak as Managing Principal. Scepaniak has been with the firm since September of 2001, just six months after the firm’s founding. Scepaniak also currently serves as Chairman of the National Council of Housing Market Analysts. Lefenfeld will remain as Founding Principal.
