Becca joined the firm in 2013. Her practice is focused on community development real estate projects and businesses, with an emphasis on the tax structuring and negotiation of investments that are eligible for federal tax credits, including New Markets, Low-Income Housing, Historic rehabilitation and Energy Tax Credits. Rachel Ittner
Rachel joined Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen in 2014. She focuses her real estate practice on community development projects utilizing New Markets Tax Credits representing investors, community development entities, developers and lenders. Read More
Kim Lawson
Kim joined the firm in 2015. Kim’s practice is focused on affordable housing development. She represents non-profit and for profit developers, investors and syndicators involved with projects which utilize the federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit. Read More
