In 2017, Dominium tried something new – using skills and resources to offer pro bono development services to important community projects. Dorothy Day Place represents Dominium’s first pro bono development effort. The 24-month project represents a total of 4,300 development hours, as the pro bono developer for Catholic Charities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. Dominium says the experience of working closely with Catholic Charities staff was transformative to the organization as the firm looks forward to how the effort might unfold in the following years.
