National Church Residences is excited to announce the grand re-opening of Telfair Arms, a 53-unit affordable senior community. The event is scheduled for March 8th. Telfair was renovated with 9% LIHTC credits as well as Historic Tax Credits. NCR is proud to have been able to preserve this community for the 53 seniors that call Telfair home.
