Effective June 1, Greg Voyentzie has assumed the role of CEO for Boston Financial Investment Management (Boston Financial), after serving as an Executive Vice President for the company. The move followed several months of collaboration between Greg and former CEO Ken Cutillo, which ensured a smooth transition.

Greg joined Boston Financial in 1999 and has over 24 years of experience in the affordable housing industry. While serving as an Executive Vice President, Greg also co-led the production group and maintained joint responsibility for establishing the strategic direction of the syndication platform, identifying and marketing new capital sources, and selecting property-level investments. During his time as co-lead, Boston Financial syndicated over $2.3 billion of tax credit equity. Additionally, Greg has held several senior roles within the company and has been a member of the firm’s Investment Committee since 2005.

Before joining Boston Financial, he was a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and a senior associate within Ernst & Young LLP’s National Tax Practice, where he was responsible for performing due diligence on behalf of tax credit investors.A member of the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition, Greg frequently shares his expertise at LIHTC industry conferences. He has also been a guest lecturer at Harvard University on the topic of historic tax credits. He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut.
