Pennrose has announced the addition of Ellyn Hanger, CPM, to the Baltimore office as vice president of Operations – West for Pennrose Management Company. In her role, Hanger will oversee a phased in portfolio of 63 properties in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.
Hanger has in-depth property management and operations experience across the Mid-Atlantic region with both conventional and affordable portfolios. She has also served as Regional Manager for Dallas-based Milestone Management and The Shelter Group. She was also the Operations Manager for Archstone Smith in Arlington, VA, and previously the District Manager for Habitat America in Annapolis, MD.
