Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen Law Firm welcomes two new attorneys to the firm.
C.C. Huang works with developers of healthcare facilities and tax credit financed projects. Prior to joining Applegate, she handled transactional and regulatory matters for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Chicago Regional Office. She has closed both multifamily and healthcare FHA-insured loans and handled a variety of projects and transactions involving FHA mortgage insurance and HUD assistance programs.
Billy Lyman represents developers, lenders, investors, nonprofit organizations, state agencies and other private sector clients in various affordable housing and community development projects, as well as assisting those entities in their land use, zoning and public entitlement matters. Prior to joining Applegate, Lyman represented developers, municipalities, special districts, state agencies and other private sector clients in a variety of real estate and construction deals, as well as land use and zoning, code enforcement, licensing, legislative and regulatory matters.
