Pennrose celebrated the groundbreaking of the first phase of the Warner Robins Master Plan redevelopment, which will include 90 mixed-income and veteran housing apartment units in Warner Robins, GA. The multiphase project will eventually include two 90-unit apartment complexes, a commercial area and townhomes located between the VECTR Center and Memorial Park on Armed Forces Boulevard, across from Robins Air Force Base.

In partnership with the City of Warner Robins and the Warner Robins Development Authority, phase I will include one-, two- and three-bedroom affordable units at 50 to 60 percent of the area median income (AMI), with 31 units set as unrestricted market-rate. As part of a collaboration with the adjacent Georgia Veterans Education Career Transition Resource Center (VECTR), five of the units will be set aside for active duty military personnel and veterans as they partake in the center’s programs designed to assist with transitions into colleges, technical education, and the civilian workforce.
