Madison Marquette, a leading national real estate owner, investor, developer and integrated service provider based in Washington, DC, announced its merger with NH&RA member The Roseview Group, a boutique institutional real estate investment and advisory company based in Boston, MA. The combination continues Madison Marquette’s strategic path forward in growing its platform – bringing capital markets and corporate advisory capabilities to the company and augmenting Madison Marquette’s national full-service platform.
The entire Roseview team is joining the company and Roseview’s Chief Executive Officer, Vince Costantini, will serve as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of the combined firm.
The two companies have reached a definitive agreement and closing is expected in the next 45 days. The merger remains subject to regulatory review with respect to Roseview’s Registered Investment Advisor and Broker – Dealer subsidiaries.
