The credential was awarded in April at The Counselors of Real Estate® 2019 Midyear Meeting in Chicago, IL.

Pelletier specializes in real estate valuation, market analysis and counseling services for sophisticated market participants with a focus on affordable and mixed-income housing throughout the U.S. Pelletier is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and New Hampshire, a licensed real estate salesperson in Massachusetts, a designated member of the Board of Real Estate Appraisers, a Candidate for Designation of the Appraisal Institute, an Emerging Leader Member of the Real Estate Finance Association, a member of the National Council of Housing Market Analysts and a member of Lambda Alpha International – an honorary land economics society.  Mr. Pelletier, a Bentley University alumnus, is a contributing writer to the New England Real Estate Journal and publishes articles on real estate consulting, capital markets and real estate trends and has spoken at numerous conferences relating to affordable housing finance, analysis and policy.
