Mike Witt has joined Cinnaire as vice president, Asset Management, in the company’s Lansing office. In this position, Will will be responsible for overseeing investments made by Cinnaire in numerous multifamily housing developments across multiple business lines.
Witt most recently served as acting chief of Housing Investment Officer at the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA). In this position, he was responsible for oversight of all multifamily rental programs and community development divisions. Prior to that position, Witt was director of Asset Management at MSHDA. He has served as a member of the executive committee at MSHDA.
Witt earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University. He serves as treasurer of his local homeowner’s association board.
