HUD’s office of Policy Development and Research published a NOFA to study the “Impact of RAD on Children in HUD Assisted Households.” The NOFA makes $750,000 in funding available to be split among one or two potential awardees. The objective is to support research project(s) that will produce policy-relevant evidence on the implementation of the RAD program and its effect on children’s well-being. A wide range of research questions and research design approaches will be considered within the parameters outlined in the NOFA. Applicants are encouraged to draw on their knowledge and expertise to propose specific research projects that further HUD’s goal of producing policy-relevant knowledge about the effect of RAD on children.

The deadline to submit an application to HUD is July 30, 2020. Please contact Madlyn Wohlman-Rodriguez at madlyn.wohlmanrodriguez@hud.gov for any questions.
