Six fresh, transformative approaches are award winners in the Housing Affordability Breakthrough Challenge. These unique ideas offer new, visionary ways to advance innovations in construction, financing and resident services, while promoting racial equity and environmental sustainability.
Each winning organization will receive a $2 million grant plus $500,000 in technical assistance over the next two years to execute their breakthrough idea.
The Housing Affordability Breakthrough Challenge is led by Enterprise with generous support from Wells Fargo as part of its $1 billion commitment to support housing affordability solutions nationwide by 2025.
