Pennrose, LLC announced the promotion of Amon Martin to regional vice president of the southeast region effective Jan. 1, 2021 following the retirement of Mark Straub.
In a statement, Pennrose said Martin joined Pennrose, LLC in 2016 as senior developer. He has led the Atlanta office for Pennrose and contributed to the execution and continued growth of Pennrose’s development pipeline within the Southeastern U.S. area, including all aspects of the real estate development process from initial conception through construction, to lease-up and stabilized occupancy or sale, the statement said.

Henkel, principal and senior vice president at Pennrose. “We remain committed to meeting the increasing demand for high-quality, affordable housing. Amon has demonstrated a unique ability to deliver attentive service to our development partners and clients.”
