John Kelly, senior counsel and partner at Nixon Peabody International LLP, said he would retire as of Jan. 31. Kelly has more than 30 years of experience in affordable housing and has been a longtime advocate at both the state and federal level.
Kelly also will step down from his longtime position as a member of the board of directors for the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association. Kelly served as Chairman of NH&RA’s Board of Directors in 2003-4 and has been a leader within the association for more than 30 years. We will miss Kelly’s deep knowledge and passion, and we wish him all the best in retirement.
