Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen said it recently welcomed attorneys Xiang Siow and Alana Paris to the law firm.

ATT said Siow brings five years of experience to his practice focused on community development projects, particularly New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC)-financed transactions. Before joining the firm, he represented business clients in real estate and financing transactions and the real estate aspects of other corporate transactions.

The firm said Paris joined the tax group as a new associate focusing on tax structuring of transactions eligible for Federal LIHTCs, NMTCs and Historic Tax Credits, and working with nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations. She initially joined the firm as a law clerk.
