Law firm Sullivan, Sullivan & Worcester said partner John Gahan was named to the National Law Journal‘s 2021 Real Estate/Construction Law Trailblazers List.
Sullivan said in the announcement that Gahan was recognized for his skill in drafting documents and legislation, which help preserve publicly assisted affordable housing. He has been at the forefront of important issues affecting affordable housing development. Recently, his thought-leadership has expanded to Opportunity Zones (OZ) where he helped create and currently serves as co-leader of the firm’s Opportunity Zones Group, making Sullivan one of the first national law firms to create a separate OZ practice, the firm said.
