HUD’s Office of Multifamily Housing sent a memo to Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) lenders eliminating the submission of a hard copy of closing documents, so long as they are identical in every respect as the submission that was provided electronically to HUD.

USDA Rural Development Decoupling Program Development Stakeholder Session – April 25
